We have a broad range of high profile facilities, centrally located within the two counties. Each of these are available for hire either for corporate or for personal events at competitive rates. All of the income raised will assist our organisation and charitable purposes.
The Museum of Somerset in Taunton Castle is an iconic and unique Grade 1 listed building in the heart of Taunton. Individual areas and rooms, or the whole Museum may be hired providing a special dimension to your event or meeting. Despite the historic setting, the Museum is equipped with high quality AV facilities and contains deceptively spacious and versatile options.
Somerset Heritage Centre by contrast is a new state of the art venue hosting two good size meeting rooms, the largest taking up to 50 people. WiFi is available along with integrated AV display, hearing loop, refreshments and free parking. It is easily located on the northern outskirts of Taunton.
Devon Heritage Centre is close to the M5 in Exeter and offers very similar facilities as the Somerset Heritage Centre. The meeting space can easily accommodate 100 people and is available in the evenings only.
The Rural Life Museum in Glastonbury is due to re-open at Easter in 2017 and will have fully refurbished galleries and adaptable meeting space. The Grade 1 listed Abbey Barn will also be available to provide an enigmatic and unique space.
